Sille Sanat Sarayı is not an official association.

 

It was founded in 2011 in the historic district of Sille, Konya. Led by Reha Bilir, a group of 11 photography enthusiasts came together to establish Sille Sanat Sarayı (SSS), which, with its focus on art photography, first made its mark nationally and then gained recognition on the international stage.

 

In Turkey, the group has organized numerous photography competitions, events in collaboration with municipalities and institutions, as well as photography interviews. Abroad, it has strengthened its position through photography projects and photo tours. Today, with nearly 300 members from across Turkey and many different countries around the world, the community has achieved significant success. Among its accomplishments are the second place in the FIAP World Cup in 2012, tenth place in 2016, and eighth place in 2017. In addition, the group won the Turkey Cup in 2016, organized by Büyükçekmece Municipality and the Photographic Arts Federation of Turkey (TFSF).

 

SSS is an ILFIAP club and therefore works in cooperation with FIAP. It also serves as one of the three FIAP Exhibition Centers (FEC) in Turkey. Since its foundation, the club has hosted numerous photography exhibitions, screenings, and talks, contributing to the development of photographic art.

 

Events such as the "Sille Sanat Sarayı Cup," the "Seyit Ali Ak Cup," the "Yurdagül Özsavaşçı Cup," and bi-monthly competitions are among the group’s regular activities. Furthermore, Sille Sanat Sarayı supports its members by transforming their achievements into distinctions of various degrees, encouraging them to continue producing in the field of photography.
